Villa Iloinen is a cosily furnished, spacious cottage with good facilities for spending your vacation. The sleeping places are divided into three floors, so you can easily find a quiet place to sleep in the cabin. Due to the good level of equipment, separate sleeping places and good transit connection the cottage is also suitable for business travel. 35 km southwest of Tampere, Pyhäjärvi 40 m, deep and hard clay beach. Own pier (the water depth at the end of the pier is 2 m), and rowing boat. Log cabin (2019), kitchen on the living floor, living room with a reserve fireplace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, separate toilet, covered terrace. The sun shines well on the beach and the terraces of the cottage. There is a forest between the nearest neighbor (approx. 20 m) and the cottage, so there is no direct line of sight in the summer (the nearest neighbor's cottage is not winter habitable, so the neighbor is further away). Pyhäjärvi's fish stock, e.g. pike perch, pike and perch.
